SAMMI COOK-KUEHN

PRESIDENT

Sammi stands as the visionary Founder and President of Bright Idea Properties, drawing upon over 18 years of extensive experience in property management, along with more than 6 years as a licensed Realtor. Her journey led her to establish this company with a resolute mission: to provide owners of  rental properties & HOA's with a superlative experience.

This experience encompasses pristine financial records, precise accounting, a tailored communication strategy, top-tier marketing efforts, and proactive maintenance, assuring property owners that their investments receive the utmost care and attention.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sammi finds solace in a range of hobbies. She is an avid traveler who relishes exploring new destinations, while she also enjoys embarking on hiking adventures with her loyal companion, Ray Ray, her four-legged friend. A devotee of an active lifestyle, she dedicates time to working out and nurturing her culinary skills in the kitchen.

However, there's a lesser-known facet of Sammi's life that sets her apart: she served as a dedicated volunteer firefighter within a small department in Lund, WI, for a commendable span of three years. Notably, Sammi etched her name into the annals of history as the first female to complete the rigorous training and become a full-fledged member of the fire department, shattering a gender barrier that had persisted for over half a century.

In her pursuit of success, Sammi imparts a profound philosophy centered on gratitude, kindness, patience, tolerance, and generosity. She regards these virtues as the cornerstones of her achievements, noting that the practice of patience and tolerance towards the intricacies of the human condition is an imperative facet of being an exceptional leader and fostering a corporate culture that attracts and retains dedicated individuals.
