Beyond her professional pursuits, Sammi finds solace in a range of hobbies. She is an avid traveler who relishes exploring new destinations, while she also enjoys embarking on hiking adventures with her loyal companion, Ray Ray, her four-legged friend. A devotee of an active lifestyle, she dedicates time to working out and nurturing her culinary skills in the kitchen.

However, there's a lesser-known facet of Sammi's life that sets her apart: she served as a dedicated volunteer firefighter within a small department in Lund, WI, for a commendable span of three years. Notably, Sammi etched her name into the annals of history as the first female to complete the rigorous training and become a full-fledged member of the fire department, shattering a gender barrier that had persisted for over half a century.

His extensive experience serves as a cornerstone of our team, making him an invaluable asset. to our company and our owners.

With a keen eye for cleanliness and quality, Rita also leads our interior painting projects, giving homes a fresh, welcoming look. Her dedication helps us maintain high standards across all our properties, ensuring tenants move into homes that feel well cared for and owners can rest easy knowing their units are in top shape.

Eden also supports our Facebook presence, helping to keep our online community active and informed. Her organization, follow-through, and creative eye make her a valuable part of the Bright Idea Properties team.

Leo is the first point of contact for many of our prospective tenants, and he knows how to make a strong first impression. As our dedicated leasing agent, Leo handles incoming leads, schedules showings, and works closely with applicants to place high-quality tenants in the right homes. With great communication skills and a talent for matching people with properties, he plays a key role in maintaining the stability and success of our rental portfolio.

MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
DJ is the glue that holds our backend operations together. She manages maintenance delegation, inspection scheduling, billing coordination, and a variety of other behind-the-scenes projects that keep Bright Idea Properties running smoothly. DJ works closely with both our field team and clients to ensure that requests are handled promptly, paperwork is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. Her efficiency, reliability, and strong communication skills make her an essential part of our team.
