Her journey led her to establish this company with a resolute mission: to provide owners of rental properties & HOA's with a superlative experience.

This experience encompasses pristine financial records, precise accounting, a tailored communication strategy, top-tier marketing efforts, and proactive maintenance, assuring property owners that their investments receive the utmost care and attention.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sammi finds solace in a range of hobbies. She is an avid traveler who relishes exploring new destinations, while she also enjoys embarking on hiking adventures with her loyal companion, Ray Ray, her four-legged friend. A devotee of an active lifestyle, she dedicates time to working out and nurturing her culinary skills in the kitchen.

However, there's a lesser-known facet of Sammi's life that sets her apart: she served as a dedicated volunteer firefighter within a small department in Lund, WI, for a commendable span of three years. Notably, Sammi etched her name into the annals of history as the first female to complete the rigorous training and become a full-fledged member of the fire department, shattering a gender barrier that had persisted for over half a century.

HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
Paul brings a wealth of expertise accumulated over two decades in the field of maintenance to Bright Idea Properties. With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering top-notch maintenance services. His extensive experience serves as a cornerstone of our team, making him an invaluable asset. to our company and our owners.

He possesses a remarkable ability to repair a diverse range of items and systems, showcasing his versatility in handling various maintenance challenges. Rita serves as Assistant Property Manager and HOA Coordinator for Bright Idea Properties, where she helps ensure properties and communities are well-maintained, organized, and operating efficiently. Her responsibilities include coordinating homeowner association matters, supporting property management operations, conducting inspections, and helping facilitate communication between residents, boards, owners, and vendors.

Rita is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service. She enjoys building positive relationships with residents and homeowners while helping resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.

With a strong focus on organization and follow-through, Rita plays an important role in supporting Bright Idea Properties' mission of making landlording and community management easy for property owners while creating a positive living experience for residents.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Martin is our go-to guy for all things repair and maintenance. With a strong background in home systems and property upkeep, Martin tackles everything from leaky faucets to full-scale repairs with precision and professionalism. Tenants appreciate his friendly demeanor and prompt response, and owners trust his skilled eye to protect their investment. Whether it's routine maintenance or unexpected issues, Martin is always ready to roll up his sleeves and get the job done right.

Leo is the first point of contact for many of our prospective tenants, and he knows how to make a strong first impression. As our dedicated leasing agent, Leo handles incoming leads, schedules showings, and works closely with applicants to place high-quality tenants in the right homes. With great communication skills and a talent for matching people with properties, he plays a key role in maintaining the stability and success of our rental portfolio.
RAY RAY OF SUNSHINE

Ray Ray is a Miniature Australian Shepherd, embodying an affectionate nature that delights in welcoming people, executing tasks in exchange for tasty treats, and setting a stellar standard for proper behavior among our four-legged members in the Bright Idea's community.
